Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy

At Kaltheos, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Thus, we offer an easy and streamlined process to return or exchange products.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • If we receive a returned item that is damaged or used, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and no amount will be refunded.
  • The courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds can only be processed to your bank account.

Return Process

You can initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and the tags should be in place
  • We request you to keep the item away from any damage and dust
  • Our team will go through the product and will decide whether it is suitable for a refund
  • If the item is in a good condition, we will process the refund within 8-10 business days.
  • In case you receive a defective or wrong product, we consider this as a regretful event. You can notify us on enterprise.ar521@gmail.com along with the pictures of the product and we will be glad to help you as soon as possible.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

  • Once an exchange has been initiated, it cannot be converted to a return or refund request.
  • The exchange can be processed once.
  • If the returned item is used or not in a proper condition, it will not be exchanged.
  • The courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process

You can initiate an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • Our delivery boy will do the reverse pickup within 3-4 days of an exchange request
  • As soon as we receive the package, and complete the quality check, we begin the process of dispatching the exchanged product to reach your door.

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Remember we won’t be able to accept cancellation if the order has been processed.
